Voyager
My interest in the Voyager space mission was formed through its striking visuals — space imagery is extraordinary. Planetary surfaces often resemble abstract paintings, full of rich tones and organic markings. The Voyager mission itself was a once-in-a-lifetime journey. I wanted to capture that story with visual impact and accessibility.
This book was hand-made and hand-bound as a one-off edition.

Why a Coffee Table Book

I’d been searching for a visually engaging and easy to understand book about space exploration — something that documented a satellite’s journey without overwhelming text. What I found were dense, text-heavy publications or children’s books with cluttered layouts.
That lack of inspiring examples clarified what I wanted to create: a visually driven, informative book that’s both beautiful and approachable. One publication I found was designed like a broadsheet newspaper and inspired me to design a coffee table book.
